Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as EFT Tapping, is a powerful therapeutic technique effective at reducing stress, breaking old patterns of reactivity, and bringing clarity and agency to one’s current life.
Many of us are stuck in old patterns of reactivity that are held in place by painful memories and limiting beliefs that unconsciously drive our current behavior. EFT Tapping is an easy and effective method of processing and releasing past negative experiences and emotions, providing freedom to choose new ways of being and responding in our lives.
As an EFT Tapping coach, I will guide you through setting goals for yourself, processing negative past experiences, and unwinding limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living in alignment with your truest and most beautiful life.
These are hard times. The world seems to get more complicated every day. I believe individuals practicing daily small acts of kindness is how we can most effectively serve our communities.
